The booking, step by step
01Choose a package · Brand
Pick from a creator's rate card. The price is the price: their rate plus our fee, shown before you pay.
Filter by platform, format, topic and budget. Every package has a fixed scope and price; you add a brief and the date you need it by.
02Fund the booking · Brand
You pay once and RentaKOL holds it. The creator accepts or declines.
The creator accepts or declines within 72 hours. A decline, or no answer, refunds the brand in full, fee included. You can cancel any time before they accept.
03Delivery and review · Creator, then brand
The creator delivers. You approve it, ask for one revision, or open a dispute. If you don't approve, ask for a revision or open a dispute within 72 hours of delivery (7 days for a creator's first 3 paid deals), payment is released to the creator.
Content is delivered as a link to the live post. A call or workshop is marked as held, with the date. A written review is a PDF or a link. One revision is included. Asking for it stops the release clock; it starts again when the creator delivers the change. Either side can open a dispute while the deal is live. The money stays held until a person at RentaKOL decides, within 2 business days.

What a booking costs

- The creator's rate is what they receive. Creators pay no fee.
- Our fee is added on top: 10% on a first booking, less on repeat bookings, at least £25.
- You see the total before you pay, and RentaKOL holds it until the work is approved.

When money moves

- Either side can open a dispute while the deal is live. The money stays held until a person at RentaKOL decides, within 2 business days.
- By bank, the money goes to the creator's Stripe account on release, and Stripe pays it out to their bank on its usual schedule. By USDC, RentaKOL sends it manually within 2 business days of release.
How deals are protected
- Creators' social handles are public, so you can check their work before you book. Creators' private contact details (Telegram, WhatsApp, email) are never shown to brands, before or after booking.
- You talk in the deal thread, which opens once the booking is paid for. The creator gets your messages through our bot and replies there.
- Your payment is held by RentaKOL on Stripe until the deal ends. A decline, no answer within 72 hours, or a cancellation before the creator accepts refunds you in full, fee included.
- Our terms ask both sides to keep work between them on RentaKOL for 12 months after a deal, and the fee drops on repeat deals between the same pair.
- A person at RentaKOL approves each creator before they're listed. Content creators are checked against a bar of 1,000+ followers and a verified badge or an account over 12 months old; advisory-only profiles need a role history and a LinkedIn screenshot that passes our check.
Advisory
Some creators sell advice as well as posts: a 30- or 60-minute call, a half-day workshop or a written review, booked from the same rate card with the same escrow, fees and ratings. Role history on their page is self-reported.
Calls and workshops
The creator offers times in the deal thread and you pick one. No revision on a session. If the creator doesn't join, you're refunded in full unless they dispute it within 72 hours. If you miss it, you get one free reschedule; miss that too and the creator is paid in full.
Written reviews
Delivered as a PDF or a link, with one revision included. Due by the date set when booking.

Ratings, points and referrals
Both sides rate every deal, blind until both have (or 7 days pass). Creators earn points per clean deal (not per pound), reset monthly; the top 10 split 10% of that month's fees. Refer anyone and take 20% of our fee on their deals for a year.
