How booking works

Three steps, one page for the whole deal, and the money held until the work is done.

  1. 1. Find your fit

    Filter by platform, topic and budget. Every package says exactly what you get and what it costs.

  2. 2. Agree the scope

    Pick a package and send your brief. You pay the rate plus a 10% fee, and RentaKOL holds it.

  3. 3. Approve and release

    Approve the delivery and the creator is paid. Need changes? Ask for a revision before it releases.

Released to the creator when the brand approves, or automatically 72 hours after delivery (7 days for a creator's first 3 paid deals) if the brand hasn't asked for a revision or opened a dispute. By bank, the money goes to the creator's Stripe account on release, and Stripe pays it out to their bank on its usual schedule. By USDC, RentaKOL sends it manually within 2 business days of release.

The creator accepts or declines within 72 hours. A decline, or no answer, refunds the brand in full, fee included. You can also cancel any time before they accept.

One revision is included. Asking for it stops the release clock; it starts again when the creator delivers the change. Either side can open a dispute while the deal is live. The money stays held until a person at RentaKOL decides, within 2 business days. They release it, refund it, or split it between you.

There's no messaging before you book. Packages, rules and the checks on this page are what to decide on; questions go in the deal thread once it's paid for. You talk in the deal thread, which opens once the booking is paid for. The creator gets your messages through our bot and replies there. Creators' private contact details (Telegram, WhatsApp, email) are never shown to brands, before or after booking.

“Account connected” means the creator logged in to that account, so it’s theirs and its numbers come from the platform. “Checked by screenshot” means we compared a screenshot of the account with its public profile, on the date shown. Completed deals are paid deals on RentaKOL. We never show a bare “Verified”.

By card, or for larger bookings by Pay by Bank or a UK bank transfer. The payment is held by RentaKOL until the work is approved.
