- The creator accepts or declines within 72 hours. A decline, or no answer, refunds the brand in full, fee included.
- Released to the creator when the brand approves, or automatically 72 hours after delivery (7 days for a creator's first 3 paid deals) if the brand hasn't asked for a revision or opened a dispute.
- One revision is included. Asking for it stops the release clock; it starts again when the creator delivers the change.
- Either side can open a dispute while the deal is live. The money stays held until a person at RentaKOL decides how to split it.
- The platform fee is lower on repeat bookings with the same creator.
- Keep the deal on RentaKOL. Agreeing paid work with this creator outside RentaKOL within 12 months of a funded deal breaks the terms.
